Because the IT development professions are vast, and tech professions even more so, the Womenpreneur Tech Program is designed as an orientation programme. For three months, the Womenpreneur Tech Program apprentices have the chance to develop their hard skills in three technological fields (graphic design, digital content marketing, and application development) and corresponding soft skills. In fact, most weeks are spent on technical training and a professional workshop. This professional workshop takes various forms: enterprise visits, meetings with professionals, and activities to encourage participants’ leadership, creativity, and their capacity to think about change and challenges and to reflect on sustainability and social impact. At the end of the three months, apprentices take a test and are given a career guidance interview in order to assess their skills and offer them placements that match their interests and qualifications. Figures: 20 participants; 20 placements obtained; 4 visits to enterprise; 40 professionals met; 90% of apprentices acquired the basic skills in each of the three modules; 95% of the apprentices mastered the technological tools taught
