Depending on the intake that can be achieved, VRT aims for at least 40 per cent women across its workforce, and gender balance in senior management by 2025. VRT is committed to increasing diversity in its workforce. In this way, it aims to be an organisation that better reflects Flemish society, but also to increase its creativity and impact. At the end of 2021, 42.1% of staff members were women (compared with 41.1% at the end of 2020). The proportion of women in senior management was 48.8% at the end of 2021 (compared with 42.9% at the end of 2020).
