The research focuses on the analysis of the professional and educational life trajectories of women in the digital sector.
The general aims of the study are to:
Understand the causes of the under-representation of women and girls in IT and digital-related fields of study and professions.
Identify the practices of companies and organisations with regard to these professions and identify good practices, based on both Belgian case studies and foreign experiences.
Offer a tool enabling companies to adopt a position on these issues of gender equality in the digital sector.
Submit proposals for action to the public authorities.
