Mentorship by more experienced female leaders for more junior female colleagues through the Next Generation Female Leaders (NGFL)program, different programs depending on career level: be the best version of yourself (junior), Unlock your & other’s potential (level just below manager and managers), introduction to coaching & mentoring (managers) . The personal development programs (duration: 6 months) are composed of different items such as a mentoring relationship where every participant is paired with a mentor (man or woman) of their choice and a trajectory containing different skills training sessions such as Leadership, a Gallup strength coaching session, mentoring & coaching, giving & receiving feedback, having a thriving mind and so on). These programs serve as a career boost for female potentials supporting the ambition to a gender-balanced workforce. It also provides the opportunity for mentors to further develop their coaching and mentoring skills.
