With the E-inclusion for Belgium project funded through the European Recovery Plan (RRF), the SPP IS aims to reduce the risk of digital exclusion of vulnerable groups by supporting projects that have the following objectives :
- Eliminating inequalities in digital skills (e.g. through training, knowledge sharing, digital cafes);
- Eliminating inequalities in the use of essential services (e.g. by creating an accessible website, training, individual support, partnerships with essential public services, digital help at home).
Equal access to digital technologies (e.g. provision of laptops, screens, wifi) can also be part of the projects supported but should not be the main scope.
